Allison Cox (1954-2022)
Allison Cox was a storyteller for over 40 years throughout the Pacific Northwest region, and proactive in using storytelling for promoting mental health and dealing with abuse and community concerns in a variety of positions with the Tacoma Pierce Country Health Department. She was one of the founders of the Healing Story Alliance in 1999. A board member of the Seattle Storytellers Guild, she organized our Epic events and the Crones programs. And helped start Under The Rainbow in Edmonds.
